Our event ticket referral service (“Service”) is protected to safeguard your personal information.  Please rest assured that when you choose to provide us with personally identifiable information, we will act in a responsible manner.

The following are the Terms that govern use of the HigsTicketsTickets.com Web site ("Site") by you ("You"). By using or visiting our Site, You expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site.

Please be advised that by using our Service you will be referred to a ticket fulfillment provider ("Ticket Provider") which may accept, process, and fulfill your event ticket order. Please refer to the Ticket Provider's terms of service and privacy policy for important details concerning your rights. Ticket Providers are not owned or operated by us. We do not take, process, or fulfill orders and we accept no responsibility for the actions of your Ticket Provider.

DATA COLLECTED

As part of providing the Service, we may record and keep personally identifiable information about you.  For example, when you sign up for our newsletter and input personal information such as your e-mail address this information is stored securely on our server.

SECURITY

We maintain your personally identifiable information in secure online storage facilities. Your personal information that is stored on our web server is secured by password protection. 


NEWSLETTERS AND E-MAILS TO YOU

While using our Service, you will be given the option of receiving recurring informational/promotional newsletters via e-mail from us.  We will only send you our newsletter if you provide us with your e-mail address.  At any time after registering for our e-mail newsletter you may unsubscribe from the newsletters by simply clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email newsletter.  If you are experiencing difficulties with our automated unsubscribe service, please contact us.

DISCLOSURE

We may store and disclose personally identifiable information as allowed or required by law. We may make disclosures that are necessary or advisable to protect the rights, safety or property of us or others, to conform to legal or regulatory requirements or to investigate or prevent violations of this Policy. Additionally, we may make disclosures to third parties as is reasonably necessary to continue to operate the Service.  For example, your personal information may be disclosed to our web hosting provider and database contractors.  Finally, in the event our business or substantially all of its assets are acquired, your information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

Except as set forth herein, we will not disclose, sell, lease or rent your personally identifiable information.

CHILDREN

Children are prohibited from using our Service.  Our Service is not designed or intended to attract children under the age of 18.  We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is under the age of 18.

ORDER INFORMATION

All sales are final. Because tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets will not need to be issued. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, you may contact the Ticket Provider for a refund. The Ticket Provider may require that you return the supplied tickets at your expense before receiving any refund.  HigsTickets.com is not responsible for providing a refund to you. Please note that direct sunlight or heat may damage tickets.  You should keep tickets in a safe place. Higs Tickets reserves the right to upgrade your seats at no additional charge to you!

PRICING

Tickets sold through our Site are from secondary ticket market brokers and are resold in many cases above the price or "face value" listed on the ticket. We are not directly affiliated with any performer, sports team or venue and we do not act as a primary sale box office.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items listed on our Site may be mis-priced. If the Ticket Provider discovers an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, the Ticket Provider will, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Prices stated on the Site do not include any state or other local taxes that may apply to your order.

YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT
HigsTickets.com or Higstickets Paypal will appear on your credit card bill/statement.  If you have any questions about charges on your credit card statement feel free to contact us at patrick@higstickets.com. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRICING OF TICKETS OWNED BY ANOTHER TICKET BROKER.

PERMITTED USE

You are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, and you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than to review event and promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase tickets or merchandise, unless otherwise specifically authorized by us to do otherwise.

LINKS

The Site may automatically produce search results that reference or link to third party sites throughout the World Wide Web. We have no control over these sites or the content within them. We cannot guarantee, represent or warrant that the content contained in the sites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive. We do not endorse the content of any third party site, nor do we warrant that they will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer systems. By using the Site to search for or link to another site, you agrees and understands that You may not make any claim against HigsTicketsTickets.com for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from use of the Site to obtain search results or to link to another site. If you experience a problem with a link from the Site, please notify us at sales@higstickets.com and we will investigate your claim and take any actions we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.

TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION

We may, in our sole discretion, and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Site, cancel your ticket order or exercise any other remedy available.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

All text, graphics, files, applets, scripts, software and other works on the Site that are not owned by a third party are our property.  All Rights Reserved. Any unauthorized redistribution or reproduction of any copyrighted materials on the Site is strictly prohibited.

WE MAKES NO ASSURANCES THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR PROVIDE SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SITE CONTENT, SEARCH OR LINK THEREIN.
